Restrictions

Exhibitors are expected to attend their tables during all conference breaks.
Meals are NOT included in exhibitor fees. Meals can be purchased separately if exhibitors wish to partake in the dinner (Friday), breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch (Saturday). The hotel lobby features a restaurant for individual meal purchase.
No CERPs will be available for exhibitors. A regular attendee ticket must be purchased to be eligible for CERPs.
The event will be held rain, shine, snow, or typhoon. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather conditions.
The last day and time for full refunds is Friday, February 20 @ 11:59 pm.
